Panunumpa sa Katungkulan (Oath of Office)

The ANNEX B – SS Porma Blg. 32, Revised 2025, also known as the Panunumpa sa Katungkulan or Oath of Office, is an official form prescribed by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) under the 2025 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Human Resource Actions (ORAOHRA).

This document is a mandatory requirement for all individuals appointed to government positions. It signifies the appointee’s formal oath to faithfully discharge the duties of public office and uphold the Constitution, laws, and ethical standards of the civil service.
