PASSPORT APPOINTMENT ALREADY EXISTS
PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

Ito ang laging mensahe na atin makikita kapag ikaw ay nagkaroon na ng existing application online sa passport appointment. 

Anu-ano ba ang pangyayari kung bakit nagkakaroon ng appointment already exists sa pagkuha ng passport?

1. EMAIL NOT ACTIVE OR UNPAID PAYMENT REFERENCE- Kung ikaw ay nag-online appointment siguraduhin na ang email na gagamitin ay active, dahil dito ipinapadala ni DFA ang inyong PAYMENT REFERENCE number. Kung nakagawa kana ng appointment online at ang email ay hindi na active, hindi mo ito ma-re-receive, dahilan na kung gagawa ka ulit ng panibagong appointment ay dito na lalabas ang appointment already exists dahil sa unpaid payment reference number. 

Sa kasalukuyan ang validity ng PAYMENT REFERENCE ay 3 days mula sa inyong schedule. Sa araw at oras ng expiration ay hindi ka pa muli makakapaggawa ng panibagong appointment hangga't ito ay hindi narereset sa system ni DFA. 

SOLUTION: 3 days bago ma-expired ang validity ng payment reference number ng DFA online appointment.  Sa kasalukuyan, kadalasan ay 100-168 hours o 4-7 days bago ka makagawa muli ng appointment, try mo lang muli mag-file ng appointment simula sa 100 hours mula ng nakakuha ka ng schedule sa DFA Online Appointment. Kung sa unang try mo ay existing padin, Ulit ulitin mo lang sa bawat araw hanggang sa pumasok ang panibagong application. 


2. PAYMENT METHOD - Na-cancel mo or na-close mo pagdating sa payment method? Dahilan ito para magkaroon ng appointment already exists. 



SOLUTION: Kapag ganito ang nangyari sa inyo, huwag mag-alala dahil ito ay hindi tumatagal ng isang linggo. Ito ay tumatagal lamang ng tatlong (3) oras. Pagsapit ng ikatlong oras mula sa pagkakuha ng unang schedule ay subukang muli gumawa ng Passport Online Appointment.
