  • Wipe all data installed on your device;
  • Repair system error;
  • Removing forgotten password or passcode;
  • Removing PIN Code;
  • Removed gesture lock or pattern lock.
REMINDERS:

  • Backup your contacts, messages, etc. 
  • All applications installed into your device was all deleted after all.

KEYS:
"VOLUME KEYS" are the selecting key or scrolling key
"HOME BUTTON KEYS" is confirmed or OK button

 PROCEDURE:
  • Starts TURNING OFF the phone.
  • Press and hold the key in the same time: POWER BUTTON & VOLUME DOWN BUTTON
  • When the phone shown LOGO, please release all pressed keys.
  • ANDROID RECOVERY MODE MENU WILL DISPLAY:
    • Select >>> wipe data / factory reset <<< to go to the next step
    • Select >>> Yes -- delete all user data <<<  proceed to the next step
    • Select >>> Reboot system now <<< done! wait until restart.
