Ano ang Certification of Income?

Ang Certification of Income ay isang opisyal na dokumento na ibinibigay ng Barangay upang patunayan na ang isang residente ay may regular na pinagkakakitaan o kita. Madalas itong hinihingi sa mga ahensya ng gobyerno, paaralan, bangko, at iba pang institusyon bilang katunayan ng kita o hanapbuhay ng isang tao o pamilya.

Layunin ng Dokumento

Paano Kumuha ng Certification of Income sa Barangay

  1. Pumunta sa Barangay Hall kung saan ka nakatira o rehistrado.
  2. Sabihin sa staff na kailangan mo ng Certification of Income.
  3. Magdala ng valid ID at kung maaari ay patunay ng pinagkakakitaan (resibo, payslip, o affidavit).
  4. Punan ang form kung kinakailangan at maghintay ng pagproseso.
  5. Hintayin ang pirma ng Barangay Captain at Barangay Secretary.
  6. Magbayad ng maliit na fee depende sa Barangay (karaniwan ₱50 pababa).
