Instructions for Computerized Daily Lesson Log

  • You only need to change the first date; the succeeding dates will automatically update.
  • The file contains the following sheets: MAIN DL LOG, DL LOG FORMAT, MON, TUE, WED, THU, and FRI.

Printing Guide

For best results, it is recommended to manually print your documents when getting started.

  • Print the DL LOG FORMAT sheet only. This contains two (2) pages.
  • The printing pattern can be found at the bottom of the MAIN DL LOG sheet.
  • Once the DL LOG FORMAT is printed, you may begin filling out:
  • MON sheet – for Monday
  • TUE sheet – for Tuesday
  • WED sheet – for Wednesday
  • THU sheet – for Thursday
